tv placementpoor hospitality
the tv placement was not good the tvs were mounted on the side wall this made it difficult to watch from bed. the staff did not acknowledge my special requests i emailed beforehand about celebrating my guests and nothing was done. it would have been nice to see at least a simple note in their room the breakfast buffet was good but in room dining was inedible i appreciate they removed it from my bill though
