Every staff member was attentive. My room received excellent housekeeping. The beach team delivered food and set up sun loungers. The hotel decor is fine, and the restaurants are beautiful.
The check-in process was somewhat slow due to guests selecting water bottles.

the staff was kind and attentive. the food was amazing in every restaurant. It featured high quality and beautiful presentation. i found my room super clean and elegant.
the pool's water was occasionally very hot, a slight discomfort.

the gym includes five treadmills and three stationary bikes. the outdoor pool area has twenty-five loungers and offers a shaded section. there is also a dedicated kids' club with engaging activities.

Staff members consistently addressed me by name (which was quite charming!). poolside service was prompt and attentive. Requests were handled efficiently. the concierge provided helpful information about local attractions and transportation options.

every person i saw was warm, friendly, and kind. their accommodation was very nice and nothing was too much trouble for them. the food tasted fresh, was presented beautifully, and it was delicious.
the tv in the room, it was mounted on the side wall. i could not move it to face the bed. this made watching television from bed awkward.

the food selection at White was extensive at both breakfast and dinner. i appreciated the high standard that the chefs and staff maintained. Tean and Mare Nare staff helped us select the right amount of food.

tv placementpoor hospitality
the tv placement was not good the tvs were mounted on the side wall this made it difficult to watch from bed. the staff did not acknowledge my special requests i emailed beforehand about celebrating my guests and nothing was done. it would have been nice to see at least a simple note in their room the breakfast buffet was good but in room dining was inedible i appreciate they removed it from my bill though
